Terms & Conditions for TwinCam

1. Use of the App

TwinCam is provided for personal and commercial content creation.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal activities
• Reverse engineer or modify the app
• Misuse the app in harmful ways

2. Content Ownership

All content created using TwinCam belongs entirely to you.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

TwinCam offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans ("TwinCam Pro") that unlock premium features including watermark removal and an ad-free experience.

3.1 Subscription Plans

• Monthly Plan: Billed once per month.
• Yearly Plan: Billed once per year.

Prices are displayed in your local currency within the app and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change.

3.2 Billing & Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

3.3 Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.

3.4 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3.5 Refunds

All purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

4. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Your use of TwinCam is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA shall prevail with respect to the licensed application.

5. Free Tier & Watermark

Free users may export a limited number of videos without a watermark. After the free export limit is reached, videos will include a "TwinCam" watermark unless the user watches a rewarded advertisement or subscribes to TwinCam Pro.

6. No Warranty

TwinCam is provided “as is” without any warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Device issues
• Indirect damages

8. Updates

We may update or improve the app at any time.

9. Termination

We may restrict access if the app is misused.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms in the future. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of TwinCam after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
